My Approach
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional, physical, and relational transitions.
I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach to therapy. I believe each person already carries the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to help you access those inner resources. From that foundation, I tailor treatment modalities to fit your unique needs and goals.
My work draws from solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mood disorders through Postpartum Support International and bring this expertise to my work with individuals and families during the reproductive and midlife years, including pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
I also provide holistic medication management when appropriate and always within an integrative framework that considers the mind, body, and spirit together. My goal is to create a collaborative and compassionate space where you can explore challenges, restore balance, and move toward lasting well-being.
